The servers' iPhone and iPad app: live floor plan, order taking, payment without a terminal and bill splitting. Published on the App Store.
Written for iPhone and iPad, published on the App Store, installed like any other app. It opens in a second and does not depend on a browser tab left open since this morning.
Downloaded from the official App Store, updated like the rest of the phone. Nothing to install by hand, no link to keep bookmarked.
The iPhone in the server's pocket to take orders and payments. The iPad on the bar to see the whole room at a glance.
A table calls, an order lands at the counter, a run is waiting for a rider. The notification arrives even when the app is closed.
Every table is a tile: free, open with its total, in the kitchen, or ready to settle. The colour alone tells you where service stands, from three metres away.
Readable from a distance on the bar's iPadThe menu, the categories, the extras and the options. A note for the kitchen when a guest has an allergy or a specific request.
Cash, or card straight on the iPhone with Tap to Pay. The guest taps their card on the server's phone and the receipt goes out by email.
No terminal to rent or rechargeEvenly, item by item, or by any amount. Each payment lands on the table and the balance updates on its own.
Once settled, the table turns white again and becomes available. The figure goes into the dashboard and the evening's close builds itself.
The same phone covers the moments when your room is not a room.
For the bar stand and the event: no table, payment first, ticket after. The guest's phone number lets you tell them when it is ready.
The rider sees their runs, scans the ticket they take, shares their position. The guest follows the journey without anyone picking up a phone.
The list of expected covers, with table assignment. The booking becomes the table you serve, with nothing to retype.
Download it, open an account, and serve your first table tonight. No hardware to buy and no setup fee.
