Server app

The whole room,
in one hand.

The servers' iPhone and iPad app: live floor plan, order taking, payment without a terminal and bill splitting. Published on the App Store.

Server app

A real application.
Not a website in disguise.

Written for iPhone and iPad, published on the App Store, installed like any other app. It opens in a second and does not depend on a browser tab left open since this morning.

Native

On the App Store

Downloaded from the official App Store, updated like the rest of the phone. Nothing to install by hand, no link to keep bookmarked.

iPhone et iPad

One account, two uses

The iPhone in the server's pocket to take orders and payments. The iPad on the bar to see the whole room at a glance.

Notifications

The phone tells you

A table calls, an order lands at the counter, a run is waiting for a rider. The notification arrives even when the app is closed.

A service, in the hand

What the server actually does with it

  1. He opens

    The floor plan, live

Every table is a tile: free, open with its total, in the kitchen, or ready to settle. The colour alone tells you where service stands, from three metres away.

Readable from a distance on the bar's iPad
  2. He takes

The order, as the table goes

The menu, the categories, the extras and the options. A note for the kitchen when a guest has an allergy or a specific request.

  3. He takes payment

On the phone, with no terminal

Cash, or card straight on the iPhone with Tap to Pay. The guest taps their card on the server's phone and the receipt goes out by email.

No terminal to rent or recharge
  4. He splits

The bill, however the guest wants it

Evenly, item by item, or by any amount. Each payment lands on the table and the balance updates on its own.

  5. He closes

    The table frees up

Once settled, the table turns white again and becomes available. The figure goes into the dashboard and the evening's close builds itself.

Beyond service

What the app also does

The same phone covers the moments when your room is not a room.

Counter sales

For the bar stand and the event: no table, payment first, ticket after. The guest's phone number lets you tell them when it is ready.

The riders' runs

The rider sees their runs, scans the ticket they take, shares their position. The guest follows the journey without anyone picking up a phone.

The day's bookings

The list of expected covers, with table assignment. The booking becomes the table you serve, with nothing to retype.

The details that count

What you discover on the second service

Large partiesTwo paired tables become a single bill, and come apart just as easily.
Group modeSeveral phones on the same table order together and the round goes out in one go.
Dense floor planTwenty-eight tables or more fit on one screen, with no scrolling.
Server callThe guest calls from the table and the alert stays visible until a server sees it.
Sold out itemA dish taken off the menu disappears immediately for every guest.
Manager codeSensitive actions ask for Face ID or a code, not just any hand.
Several venuesYou switch from one restaurant to another in two taps, each with its own figures.
OfflineThe network drops for a second, the app keeps going and catches up afterwards.
See for yourself

The app is live.
The account is free.

Download it, open an account, and serve your first table tonight. No hardware to buy and no setup fee.
