No. Qaro frees your team from repetitive tasks, it doesn't replace them. Your staff keep taking orders as usual. Qaro handles QR orders in parallel and frees up time for welcoming guests, advising and the relationship.
No, no app to download. The guest scans the QR code and goes straight to the menu in their browser. It works on iPhone and Android, with no account or sign-up.
This is where Qaro's logic protects you. A QR order is only sent to the kitchen once payment is confirmed. It's impossible to produce for someone who hasn't paid via QR.
Setup takes a single day, no technician needed. You configure your menu online, place the QR codes on your tables, and it's up and running. Most restaurants are self-sufficient from the very first service.
That's the most common setup. Some tables order via QR, others prefer classic service. Qaro handles both in parallel, in a single flow. The kitchen sees everything, clearly split and organized.
The Pro plan (CHF 99/month + 3.5%) becomes more cost-effective as soon as your monthly QR revenue exceeds about CHF 4'100. Below that, the Free plan at 5.9% stays the cheapest. The calculator above automatically picks the lowest-cost plan for you — and you switch whenever you like, with no penalty.
No. Payment fees (card, TWINT, Apple Pay) are included in the commission. You don't pay the bank on top, and there's no terminal to rent. The restaurant receives the order total minus the Qaro commission. That's it, with no hidden line.
Yes, from any device. You change dishes, prices and availability from your admin, and the change is visible to your guests immediately. Handy for specials of the day or when something runs out.
