Two flows, one screen

The Qaro printer only receives QR orders. Your existing kitchen setup is left untouched.

You do not pay for the hardware. Whatever your plan, Qaro supplies it, installs it and takes it back if you leave. Nothing to buy, with a CHF 200 deposit on the Free plan, refunded in full on return (no deposit on Pro).

No. Qaro frees your team from repetitive tasks, it does not replace them. Your staff carry on taking orders as usual. Qaro handles QR orders alongside and frees up time for welcoming, advising and looking after guests.
No, nothing to download. The guest scans the QR code and lands straight on the menu in their browser. It works on iPhone and Android, with no account and no sign-up.
This is where Qaro's logic protects you. A QR order only reaches the kitchen once payment is confirmed. You never cook for someone who has not paid by QR.
Setup takes a day, with no technician. You configure your menu online, place the QR codes on your tables, and it runs. Most restaurants are self-sufficient from the first service.
This is the most common setup. Some tables order by QR, others prefer classic service. Qaro runs both side by side in a single flow. The kitchen sees everything, clearly separated and organised.
The Pro plan (CHF 99/month + 3.5%) becomes better value once your QR revenue passes roughly CHF 4,100 a month. Below that, the Free plan at 5.9% stays cheaper. The calculator above automatically picks the cheaper plan for you, and you can switch whenever you like, with no penalty.
No. Payment fees (card, TWINT, Apple Pay) are inside the commission. You do not pay the bank on top, and there is no terminal to rent. The restaurant receives the order total minus the Qaro commission. That is all, with no hidden line.
Yes, from any device. You change dishes, prices and availability from your admin, and the change is visible to your guests immediately. Handy for daily specials or when something runs out.
